A Walk in the Park

Get your kilometres in a little differently this week. We’re bringing back the city park walk/hike!

BYOC (Bring Your Own Coffee/Hot Chocolate), layer up and join us for a scenic walk through High Park! This trail is rated easy. Hiking shoes or runners you won’t mind getting dirty, will suffice. Feel free to wear a backpack to store your water/belongings.

Date: Sunday November 5

Time: 10AM

Where: High Park (Bloor St. Entrance)

Hike Route: We will be walking 3KM along the High Park Area Trail.

Pace/Duration: This is a city park hike. Please note this trail is a dirt path that includes inclines, rocky and muddy terrain, as well as bushes and trees along the way. This trail will take approx. 30-40 mins to complete
