It’s time to up the ante, join me for a friendly 5KM this Sunday!

How friendly is friendly?
We’ll maintain a comfortable conversational pace for the duration of the run. No one gets left behind! All running levels are encouraged to join and participate at their own intensity preference after the 1KM Community Kilometre.

What do I wear?
Mornings are a bit cooler but we get warmer as we move. Generally, you should dress for about 15-20 degrees warmer than it is. This difference is enough to account for your body heating up.
