LETS GET IT!

After a brief pause in the program, we’re back up and running (literally). If you haven’t joined us before, our 5KM run is an intimate group run focusing on pace maintenance. As always, no one gets left behind!

Date: Tuesday May 3, 2022

Time: 7PM

Where: The Bentway (By Garrison Road) - Rain or Shine!

Route: We start at The Bentway and head South on Strachan then West on The Martin Goodman Trail and return. Our run will finish in front of the Princess Gates with a cool down walk back to the Bentway for post run stretches.
