How beginner friendly is beginner friendly?
No one gets left behind. Karina maintains a 7’ pace and doesn’t stop running until EVERYONE is done. The post run workout can be done at your own intensity preference. Will is truly your biggest hype man. As long as you show up and try your best, he’ll play nice — kinda.
Our new friends Fresh Coconuts Toronto will be providing us with re-FRESH-ments. No seriously, they cut fresh young coconuts in front of you.
Coconut Water Fun Fact: Coconut water is naturally low in sugar and contains a variety of electrolytes, including sodium, potassium, calcium, and magnesium. Perfect for after a workout!
