Cherise and KM with K are BACK with another Feel the Love, Feel the Burn sweat sesh — this time at It’s OK* Studios!

In the spirit of Valentine’s Day, we’ll be celebrating self love with a run focused Mobility & Strength program by Cherise followed by a 2KM with K.

A proper cool down and refreshments will be provided by Daydream.

Halfway: Loop back at Niagara St.

Intensity Level: Beginner Friendly! We encourage all levels to join and to participate at their own intensity preference.
