Starting at Training Lane, Cherise will lead a pre-run sweat sesh followed by a beginner friendly 2KM with Karina.

Start:
Across the street from Training Lane. Head east on King St. E until it merges into Queen St. E. Turn Left onto Carroll St.

Halfway: Loop back through Joel Weeks Park and return.

Intensity Level: Beginner Friendly! We encourage all levels to join and to participate at their own intensity preference.
